Fisherman’s wharf with the Carl Zeiss 24mm f1.8

On the hottest day (so far) of this year, I decided to test out my new lens, the Carl Zeiss 24mm f1.8 Sonnar. Such a beautiful and sharp lens that really can compare to nicer and higher end lenses such of those of Leica and others.

The 24mm prime lens is equivalent in focal length to a 36mm which makes this the perfect length street photography. With aperture down to f1.8 makes this lens great for low light shots and that nice creamy bokeh look. Replacing my 30mm sigma from my bag, this has become my favorite lens to shoot with. Check out some of the photos below!
